Shohei Ohtani, the biggest name in MLB, broke a Coors Light digital board with a foul ball. Instead of fixing it, we created an ad campaign with OOH, social, PR and special commemorative cans.
Despite Coors Light having no affiliation with Shohei or MLB, we became top of mind among the massive baseball community. It was trending higher than the official beer of MLB - Budweiser, all with zero sponsorship dollars spent.
